Rental Information
We specialize in mid-term and long-term stays (from 30 to 364 days) for healthcare professionals and corporate travelers. All residents undergo identity verification and a criminal background check. A refundable deposit and rental agreement are required.
Lease Information
The 2026 GSA Per Diem Lodging Rate for Amarillo, Texas is $110 per day.
The Commons is limited to medical professionals or corporate travelers.
The Commons is a cooperative living environment with private rooms and shared common spaces.
A minimum stay of 30 days is required, with a maximum 364 day stay permitted (we may offer select preferred travelers a 7 day stay).
Stays may be extended with a new agreement.
Room rates are based on single occupancy. An additional fee applies if you have more than one resident.
Occasional visitors are welcome, please refer to our Visitor Policy for more information.
Rent is due in advance, and we offer two payment options:
Upfront for the entire stay when booking
In installments every month
A rental agreement is required
A refundable security deposit is required.
Identity verification and a background check are required.
Terminate your agreement with a two-week notice. Please refer to our Early Termination Policy for more information.

Parking
Free outdoor parking is available in the large circle driveway in front of the house. The driveway is monitored by cameras.
Garage parking is available for an additional $3.00 per day. There are only two spaces available.

Propane for the outdoor grill.
