Is there a Rental Agreement?
- Yes, after you verify your identity and pass a background check, your rental agreement will be available for you to sign electronically in the Resident Portal.
Is the security deposit refundable?
- Security deposits are collected and held by a third-party vendor two days before your stay and are refunded two days after your check-out less any deductions.
