Do I have to pay for my entire stay upfront?
- No, there is an option to pay monthly.
What is the approval process?
- Once you make a reservation, you will be asked to verify your identity. We use a secure third-party service to verify your identity.
- After your identity is confirmed, a background check will be performed. We use a secure third-party service to perform your background screening.
Is there a Rental Agreement?
- Yes, after you verify your identity and pass a background check, your rental agreement will be available for you to sign electronically in the Resident Portal.
Is the security deposit refundable?
- Security deposits are collected and held by a third-party vendor two days before your stay and are refunded two days after your check-out less any deductiions.
